Camp Pringle was established in 1950 and situated on over 20 acres in the heart of Shawnigan Lake, we are a non-profit organization and a vital part of the United Church of Canada Camping Ministry. We offer all ages a transformative and inclusive community that fosters personal and spiritual growth. We acknowledge and respect that not all who attend Camp Pringle share our faith; we are committed to working within the liberal theological tradition of The United Church of Canada, to engage curiosity, openness, appreciation, and love for the presence of God that surrounds us all. Our goal is to be inclusive and intentional, honoring diverse ideas and beliefs and respecting other faith traditions and practices. “Where a week lasts a lifetime!”

Fall is here, but that doesn’t mean things have slowed down at Camp Pringle!🍂
As you can see, there is still lots happening around camp.
🎄 2nd Annual Christmas Craft Fair – Saturday, November 28
COME ONE, COME ALL!
We are excited to be hosting our second annual Christmas Craft Fair this year. Come join us for a fun day at camp, support local makers, enjoy some food and Christmas cheer, and help support Camp Pringle!
This fall, we have also had many wonderful groups join us at camp. It has been a joy to see the buildings and grounds filled with people, laughter, connection and life. Our cups are certainly feeling full. ❤️
Looking ahead to spring, we are also exploring the possibility of offering a few Camp Pringle retreats of our own. We are excited about creating opportunities for people to come, slow down, reconnect with nature and one another, and enjoy this beautiful place we are blessed to call home.

We are already planning another exciting summer of camp for children ages 6–14. To make summer camp the best experience possible for our campers, we will once again be looking for an amazing team of:

There are many hands that come together to make Camp Pringle a special place for children, and we are so grateful for everyone who helps make summer camp possible.
There is lots happening behind the scenes, and we can't wait to share what is ahead!
